<p>It took me many years to appreciate <a href="http://www.annbannon.com/">Ann Bannon&#8217;s</a> contribution to lesbian literature. Bannon wrote five pulps between 1957 and 1962, linked novels that tell the intertwined, melodramatic adventures of Laura, Beth, and Beebo.
